These terms apply to any company or individual ("you") that signs up for or uses CrewPresence, operated by Trucell. By creating an account or pairing a device, you agree to them.
CrewPresence is a site attendance system: an Android app that detects when a paired phone enters or leaves a geofenced site, and a web portal where a company can manage sites, employees, and attendance records.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the sites, employees, and company information you enter, and for who you give admin or site manager access to.
You're responsible for complying with the employment, privacy, and workplace surveillance laws that apply to you when you track employee attendance, including telling your employees that this tracking is in place where the law requires it. CrewPresence only ever compares a phone's position against a boundary you draw, but how you deploy and disclose that within your business is your call and your obligation.
Don't use CrewPresence to track anyone who hasn't been made aware they're being tracked, or in a way that breaches the law that applies to you.
Employees may use company-issued or personal Android phones. Our Privacy Policy describes what data the app captures and why.
We aim to keep CrewPresence available and reliable, and we apply reasonable efforts to maintenance, monitoring, and incident response. We don’t currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee unless one has been agreed separately in writing.

Either party may stop using or providing the service at any time. On termination, we'll work with you on exporting or deleting your company's data as described in the Privacy Policy.
CrewPresence is provided on an as-is, reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
