Beacons, sensors and gateways
Only needed if some of your crew won't carry a phone, you want to see assets on site, or you need site conditions logged. Bought once, no per-device subscription, and the software price doesn't change. Prices include GST, and delivery anywhere in Australia is $20 per order.
CrewPresence Bluetooth Helmet Tag
A small Bluetooth beacon for crews who do not carry a phone. It is curved to sit on a hard hat and is picked up by the site gateway the moment its wearer arrives, with nothing to charge, open or remember. The same tag can go on plant, tools and vehicles as an asset tag.

CrewPresence LTE Gateway
One per active site. It listens for your beacons and sensors and relays what it hears to CrewPresence over 4G LTE, so it works on a bare site with no Wi-Fi or Ethernet. Where a site does have a network, it can use that too. When a project finishes, unplug it and move it to your next site.

CrewPresence Temp Sensor
Battery-powered temperature and humidity sensor with a probe you can place where the readings matter. It logs both continuously and reports through the site gateway. Set a range per site and get alerted when it drifts.

How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days with every feature enabled. Once we've set your company up, you start the trial yourself from the Billing page in the portal. A card is taken then so the trial rolls straight into a subscription, but nothing is charged until the trial ends and you can cancel from the portal at any point before then.
What counts as an active employee?
Anyone marked active in your employee list, whether they use a phone or a beacon. Seats update automatically when you add or offboard people, so you are only ever billed for the current headcount, never for admin or site manager logins.
Is there a minimum term or a setup fee?
No minimum on the monthly plan: you can cancel from the billing page in the portal whenever you like. If you would rather pay once a year, the annual plan takes 10% off the software price. There is no setup fee either way.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. Invoices and receipts are available from the billing portal, and you can update your card there too.
Are prices in Australian dollars, and do they include GST?
All prices are in AUD. GST is shown on your invoice according to your billing address.
How is hardware priced?
Tags, gateways and repeaters are a one-off purchase at the list prices above, with no ongoing device fee. Each active site needs one LTE Gateway (or an Outdoor Mobile LTE Gateway at $350 if it is off-grid or outdoors), a tag per worker or asset, and a repeater for each extra level or zone. Gateways and repeaters are reusable, so when a project finishes you can move them to the next site. Sensors are quoted per site. Ask about volume pricing from 50 tags.
What if I have subcontractors?
Each company on CrewPresence is fully isolated and billed separately. A subcontractor can bring their own subscription, or you can add their crew as employees under yours.
