Need help with the CrewPresence app or portal? Send us a support request or email us at support@trucell.com.au. Tell us your company name, the phone model you use, and what you were doing when the problem happened.
Install CrewPresence from the App Store or Google Play. Your employer then either emails you an invite link (open it on your phone and the app pairs itself) or reads you a six-digit pairing PIN to type into the app. PINs expire after 15 minutes, so ask for a new one if yours has run out.
Open the app and look at the Status screen. It says whether tracking is on, and what to fix if it is not.
Location access must be set to "Always" (iPhone) or "Allow all the time" (Android), with Precise Location turned on. Leave notifications on too, so the app can tell you if tracking stops.
On Android, some phones pause apps to save battery. If arrivals are missed, allow CrewPresence to run in the background in your phone's battery settings.
Ask your employer for a new invite or pairing PIN and set up the new phone. The old phone stops recording as soon as the new one is paired. If you have left, your employer can unpair your phone, which stops tracking immediately.
Your employer controls the attendance records for their company, so start with them. If you need help, email us and we will work with your employer on the request. The Privacy Policy explains what is collected and why.
Admins and site managers sign in at crewpresence.com/login. Use "Forgot password" on that page to reset your password. If your account has been deactivated, ask another admin in your company to restore it, or email us.
